Hilton Bomonti Hotel Wedding Photography

Some weddings are just for business; some make you feel like you’re part of the story. Seren and Berk’s wedding was exactly like that. Dive into the details of this delightful celebration in the article: Hilton Bomonti Hotel Wedding Photography below the accompanying images…

Also A Special Day For Us

I’d known Berk for years. I’d previously photographed his brother Cenk’s wedding. We’d built a strong bond with his family. So, Seren and Berk’s wedding day wasn’t just a new event for us, but a warm reunion. At weddings like that, it’s like my camera is shooting by itself. People get used to you, and you know their energy.

The morning preparations started at two different houses. Gökhan and I were on the groom’s side. We photographed Berk’s preparations, small moments within the family, and the wedding morning itself. Since I’d done a shoot at the same house before, I knew the lighting and the space. This technically sped things up.

At the same time, Ezgi and Göktuğ were at Seren’s house. Bridal preparations always carry a different energy. They’re more lively, more emotional, and full of details. We worked with a team of four throughout the day. Documenting every moment from different angles simultaneously.

When we entered Seren’s street for the bride’s arrival, the atmosphere was already set. A Balkan band, colorful smoke, a crowd, and high energy… In moments like these, everything happens in seconds. People dancing on one side, laughter on the other, and yesss music in the background. As a photographer, you need to constantly keep your eyes on everything.

Of course, there were the classic groom obstacles at the door. After some small negotiations between friends, laughter, and fun moments, the door opened. Seren and Berk’s meeting was one of the warmest moments of the day.

Preperation in Hilton Bomonti Hotel

Then we went to the Hilton Bomonti Hotel. While the couple prepared in separate rooms, we started taking detailed shots. The decorations, table arrangements, flowers and the atmosphere of the hall prepared by Trio Organization looked so great.

Then, we captured the couple’s first meeting. Every couple experiences this moment differently. Some can’t hold back their tears! Some greet it with laughter while others simply look at each other. Seren and Berk’s moment was uniquely theirs.

After the couple’s photoshoot, we completed the family and group photos. This allowed us to comfortably finish all the planned shoots before the night began.

The Wedding Night Begins at Hilton Bomonti!

The tempo of the wedding completely changed with the ceremony. After the ceremony, handkerchiefs distributed to the guests. Then they were raised in the air when the couple entered the hall. With a live saxophone performance in the front and Seren and Berk’s energetic walk in the back. Then the hall suddenly transformed into a grand celebration.

The advantage of working with a large team is clearly felt in these kinds of weddings. While one team follows the couple, another films the atmosphere of the hall, and others document the reactions of the families and guests. This ensures that no detail is lost.

Later in the evening, Altay took the stage. He performed for four hours without a break. The energy never dropped. Guests danced constantly, sang along, and the hall maintained its liveliness throughout the night. The celebration continued late into the night with the cake cutting, bouquet toss, and DJ performance.

We documented this wedding with a team of 10 people. A large team working simultaneously on both photography and short film requires serious coordination and planning. However, the final product fully justifies the effort we put in.
