The room was filed with love and excitement as Elizavet and Paris got ready with their baby Eirini and close relatives. Moreover all were surrounded by a breathtaking view of the Bosphorus. The next day, I was present to capture Eirini’s baptism at the Agia Triada Greek Orthodox Church in Kadikoy. This marked the start of her spiritual journey.

I had the opportunity to capture beautiful moments of the couple as they posed in the hotel’s magnificent garden. The couple was surrounded by lush greenery and the sound of birds chirping. Then we headed to the Arnavutkoy Aya Strati Taksiarhi Greek Orthodox Church. The couple’s marriage was oficially blessed in a traditional Greek Orthodox religious ceremony.
Greek Orthodox Church weddings are rich in tradition and symbolism. So I was struck by the beauty and significance of the ceremony. From the crowning of the couple with crowns made of olive leaves to the sharing of a common cup of wine. Every detail was a testament to the deep faith and comitment of the couple.
