In my opinion, Cappadocia is one of the best wedding locations in the world. My American couple, Jennifer and Brandon, reached me from Littleton, Colorado, exactly one year before their wedding day. When they said they would get married in Cappadocia, I was very happy both for them and for myself. They chose Argos in Cappadocia Hotel<\/a> for the wedding. We met with the couple and their friends at Seki Lounge in Argos in Cappadocia<\/a>, in the evening, the day before the wedding. It was a wonderful spring day. We went over the wedding day flow briefly and chatted a lot. It was obvious that it was going to be a really enjoyable day. We were going to spend a day with a group of 9 guests from different parts of America and Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Argos Wedding Day<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We woke up to a cold day on the morning of the wedding. After breakfast, we went to the cave room at Dream of Cappadocia Hotel<\/a>, which Jennifer had chosen for preparation. This was a very pleasant room, quite large and with a jacuzzi on the balcony overlooking the valley. First, I took detailed photos of the wedding dress and other bridal items in the room. Then the preparations began. Jennifer and her girlfriends also came into the room. The hair and make-up team made preparations for both the maid of honor Diliana and the bride. Meanwhile, the weather had changed so much that it started to snow. This snowfall would intensify in the evening and the valley would turn slightly white the next day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Towards the end of Jennifer and Brandon’s hair and make-up, we connected to USA via video conference. Due to the many procedures in Turkey, they decided to hold the official marriage online. A very short and intense wedding was held via an online wedding registrar. Meanwhile, there were emotional and enthusiastic moments in the room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the wedding dress was worn, we set out towards the ceremony venue accompanied by Mr. Murat from Turkey Weddings<\/a>, who organized the event. The weather was really bad. Frankly, it was very enjoyable for me to photograph Jennifer on the road during a snowstorm. We went to the Chapel section of the hotel, which was the place of worship of monks thousands of years ago, for the wedding. A small celebration was also held here after the ceremony and the vows, which was officiated by the maid of honor. The hotel’s wine collection of thousands of bottles was also inside the cave walls, accessed through passages here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wedding in Bezirhane<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

It was continuing to rain, and we set off inside the hotel towards our second stop. The target was the Bezirhane section, where the wedding dinner and reception were held. This place used to be a place where linseed oil was produced. Before that, it was used as a caravanserai and a monastery throughout its 2000 year history. A surprise awaited all guests at the entrance: a sema \u2013 whirling dervishes show for three people. The view was truly fascinating with the blue light reflected on the whirling dervishes. Immediately afterwards, we went to our dining table prepared next to the fireplace. It was really kind of the couple to give me a seat at their table. I would also like to thank them here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The meals prepared by the hotel were also really successful. The night got livelier with the DJ speeding up the music. Everyone rushed onto the stage, including me. The party continued until midnight. We even performed the final dances with Turkish music. As a result, I met wonderful people. Moreover, I witnessed the happiest days of two of them. I wish you endless happiness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
